İşbaşı Eğitim Programlarının İşgücü Piyasası Açısından Değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
As in the world today, the increase in unemployment in our country is a structural problem. Various employment policies are being developed to reduce unemployment as well as country-to-country variation. In general, employment policies are divided into two as “Passive employment policies” and “Active employment policies”. In recent years, it has been seen that countries tend towards active employment policies in struggle against unemployment. In the context of active employment policies in employment, “On-the-Job training programs” aimed at increasing the employability of persons with vocational education are examined. As part of vocational training in work, the scope, terms of use, time and employment contribution of On-the-Job training programs aiming to increase work experience and increase employability of persons without professional experience are evaluated. It also constitutes the main objective of the study of the potential of the occupational training program in the labor market, especially the intermediate labor force, and its potential impact on the labor market.
